The 2E-65A06LW uses Direct LED matrix illumination technology, the essence of it is the uniform distribution of LEDs over the entire display area behind the matrix. The illumination presence makes the TV slightly thicker, but in terms of contrast and depth of black, the picture becomes much better than Edge LED.
